Although useless in batttle Stubles was an important member of the X-Foundation, the nonprofit set up to house and protect mutants with powers that were absolutetly useless to fight.
Stubles would often entertain guests by making the hair grow from his fingernails while putting his finger close to his nose -- making it appear as if his nose hair was just really long.
Stubles died from suffocation while performing this trick.
